Safe Sanctuary

Our Safe Sanctuary Policy has been updated and was approved, effective May 2019.  All individuals working with children, youth, and/or vulnerable adults at or through TRUMC must complete the Safe Sanctuary Training Paperwork.

Follow these steps to become Safe Sanctuary Trained:

1. Click to download the Safe Sanctuary Training Packet. Print this file two-sided.  Attached is the new Check List.  When you update the packet, keep the “blank” pages so that the check list and background check remain separate.

2. Use the Safe Sanctuary Training Checklist (first page) to ensure that you complete the entire training process correctly.  On the check list there is an option to complete the training in-person or via a video. Training Video coming soon, please contact TRUMC at this time.

3. Be sure to turn in the entire Safe Sanctuary Training Packet.

All material are also available in the church office if you do not wish to print.
